She is waiting for you to find her again…

Show Me Who I Already Am

Image by Elle Photography, Denver CO

It doesn't happen all at once.

One day you realize it's been years since you've been in a photograph you truly love.

Years since you've looked at yourself with kindness.

Years since you've done something simply because it mattered to you.

From the outside, your life may look exactly as you hoped it would.

You've built a career.

Raised a family.

Created a life you're proud of.

And yet, sometimes you wonder:

"Where did the last ten years go?"

"When did I stop feeling beautiful?"

"Why is it so much easier to see the good in everyone else than it is to see it in myself?"

Maybe you've spent years dismissing compliments.

Maybe you've convinced yourself you'll feel better after you lose the weight, reach the goal, or finally have more time.

Maybe you've quietly wondered whether the woman staring back at you in the mirror is the same woman everyone else sees.

The women who come to me aren't looking to become someone new.

They're looking for perspective.

They want to see themselves differently.

Not through the lens of self-criticism.

Not through the lens of comparison.

But through the eyes of someone who can see what has been there all along.

Because this isn't really about beautiful photographs.

It's about evidence.

Evidence that you're still beautiful.

Still worthy.

Still vibrant.

Still you.

The photographs are simply the proof.
