The Body Project

An Artistic Celebration of the Skin You are In

Larger body lady embracing all her curves in a black and white portrait

My mission is to help you see and celebrate the body that carries you through life. Every scar, every stretch mark, every curve is a testament to your story, your strength, and your journey.

This session is designed to strip away the self-doubt, excuses, and expectations we often place on ourselves. It’s about embracing who you are, right now, with all the beauty that lies in your unique shape, age, and size.

No retouching, just the real you—because you are enough exactly as you are.

Through intentional photography and a process grounded in empowerment, we’ll capture the authentic version of you that is worthy of being celebrated. This is more than just a photoshoot—it’s a chance to rediscover your body as a work of art.

What would you do if you saw your body for the masterpiece it truly is?

You deserve to feel beautiful in your own skin, and to see yourself as the extraordinary person you already are. Let’s create imagery that honors and celebrates the skin you’re in.

Your body is not an apology, it’s a celebration of every step, struggle, and triumph that makes you beautifully and uniquely you.

“I have struggled with having

confidence in my own skin

and it’s something that

I’m always working on!”

“I want each image to really mean

something, reveal something,

or celebrate something

about us as individuals to

create meaningful and beautiful images.”

“We are all the super model in our own life.

I’m excited to look back on

times like this when

my body was

more able. This is a

way to memorialize today.”

“I’ve been having a hard time

learning to love my postpartum body,

but I’m working really hard

on acceptance and appreciation

for everything it has done”

“I've been wanting to do a boudoir

shoot but am not feeling 100%

"sexy" enough. I love the

i/dea of the Body Project and as a mother

of a 22 year old daughter,

I want to be able to practice

what I preach in feeling confident

in your body and the story it has told.”

“I love the idea of just celebrating

being normal. I think that message

is so important.

Also, personally, I don’t have a

lot of self-confidence and I

think this could help me

appreciate myself as I am.

Plus, I’ve always wanted to do boudoir :)”

“Just want to get out of my comfort zone

and embrace my femininity”
